2025 has been a remarkable year for Guidant Global APAC, one defined by transformation, innovation, and recognition. As I reflect on the past twelve months, I’m proud to say that our journey has been one of growth, adaptability, and forward momentum. Being named MSP of the Year at the 2025 APSCo Australia Awards for Excellence is a milestone that truly reflects the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our entire team.
This year was undoubtedly one of change and acceleration. Across the managed services industry, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) has moved from concept to reality, influencing nearly every aspect of our operations. At Guidant Global, we’ve embraced this shift, not just as a technological upgrade, but as a fundamental evolution in how we deliver value to our customers.
We successfully implemented and went live with two major new customers, a testament to our team’s expertise and commitment to excellence. These implementations were more than just projects; they represented partnerships built on trust, collaboration, and shared vision.
At the same time, we’ve witnessed the industry undergo a transformative shift. The pace of change is accelerating, and the way organisations engage with talent, technology, and data is evolving faster than ever before. AI has become a central part of that story, driving efficiency, improving insights, and reshaping how we think about managed services.
As we move into 2026, I see a year of continued transformation and opportunity. The role of AI will only deepen, particularly in the recruitment process. While AI brings incredible potential, it also introduces new challenges around compliance, governance, and quality assurance. We must remain vigilant in ensuring that every check and balance is in place to maintain integrity and trust across all our operations.
One area that has emerged as a growing concern globally is the rise of deepfake candidates, individuals using AI-generated identities to apply for roles. As a global business, we’ve already seen instances of this, and it underscores the need for robust verification processes and ethical AI governance moving forward.
From a business perspective, we continue to see two distinct trends within Guidant Global. Our government business is trending downwards due to cost-saving measures, while our private sector business is expanding rapidly. Despite ongoing cost pressures, our customers remain committed to leveraging our services to drive data-driven insights and achieve greater efficiency across their organisations.
We’re also seeing strong growth in our statement of work, payroll, and direct sourcing services. These offerings are helping our customers streamline operations and access talent more strategically. As organisations increasingly turn to talent pools and digital platforms to procure labour, the traditional recruitment model is evolving, and we’re evolving with it.
Internally, 2026 will be a year where we focus on automation and efficiency. By automating process-heavy tasks, we can empower our people to focus on what truly matters; delivering impact, innovation, and exceptional service to our customers. This transformation will not only enhance our internal operations but also strengthen our position as a trusted partner in a rapidly changing market.
As I look ahead, I’m excited about what’s to come. The landscape is shifting, but with every change comes opportunity. At Guidant Global, we are ready to embrace that opportunity, to continue transforming, innovating, and leading the way in managed services.
