Guidant Global Welcomes Elizabeth Jaros as Vice President, Client Solutions

Southfield, Michigan – July 1, 2025 – Leading workforce solutions provider Guidant Global welcomes Elizabeth Jaros to the new role of Vice President, Client Solutions.  Jaros will drive the strategic direction of workforce solutions within a portfolio of Guidant Global customers, overseeing the procurement, evaluation, and management of external human capital services for select Fortune 500 clients. Jaros brings over 10 years of extensive services procurement, statement of work (SOW), and workforce solutions experience.

Jaros developed and refined her services procurement and SOW expertise in various positions at Albertsons Companies, Allegis Global Solutions, and Starbucks. At Point B, she honed her management consulting expertise, especially related to business transformation, technology services, and consumer product goods. Jaros developed strong client relationship skills via business development and sales leadership positions at Point B and TEKsystems. Earlier in her career, Jaros served in various city, state, and national policy roles in the State of Texas.

Jaros will oversee a portfolio of clients and program teams in a senior leadership role. As an executive partner, she will guide strategic collaboration with HR, Procurement, and business leaders across these accounts.
