SIA recognises Guidant Global COO, Brian Salkowski for the 5th consecutive year

Guidant Global COO Brian Salkowski has again been named for the 5th year in a row, by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions, in its prestigious 2023 Staffing 100 North America list.  

The annual list recognizes influential staffing leaders throughout North America who helped their businesses successfully emerge from one of the most difficult periods in recent world history. The list shines a spotlight on those executives making the world of work, work better. 

Brian was recognised for his committed to helping Guidant Global and parent Impellam Group, Global Managed Services on its journey to become the world's most trusted workforce and specialist recruitment solutions group.  

During 2022, he led the transformation of Guidant Global’s business operating model, driving program efficiency, improving collaboration and optimizing service delivery to clients and candidates. He also championed the development of an industry-exclusive Performance Growth Intelligence (PGI) dashboard, designed to measure and assess program performance against extensive industry data points, with a view to improving transparency, embedding best practice and powering continuous improvement across all Guidant Global programs.  

When it comes to social value, Brian is committed to driving social mobility through his involvement with RacquetUp Detroit, an out-of-school program focused on education, health and fitness, and youth development.
